Sorry for the wait on this response. By the looks of things this host will make you pay for the server via how many slots you want (24 slot server is 22AUD) You can change the renewal period to monthly, half monthly and annually. In my experience the server hosts will give you a message that you need to pay your renewal fee. The last server I owned gave me a week and a half to pay the renewal fee before the server was shut down. I can't speak for these hosts, but based off my general experience you will have plenty of warning before they remove your server and the settings.

The attachments option is for people that want to add things like pictures and links to their trade. Say for example you have a set of two unusuals for the same class, you could add a screenshot of the unusual set to your trade, so people know what it looks like in game.
