The application rules don't specify a set time period between applications, so I would say look over your last application, figure out why it was denied, fix it, then reapply. This would allow you to look dedicated to joining the site.

I personally use backpack.tf although some users don't like their pricing.
Another method could be to just search on the site for people buying keys for refined and base your prices off of those trades.

As much as I find quick buying and quick selling annoying, I don't think the OP staff need to go to these extreme lengths. If the quick sellers/buyers are setting their prices too high or low, they won't get much traffic on their trades. Hopefully showing them that they should change their pricing.

This is not a new issue, everyone gets these adds. The TF2OP staff can't really fix the issue because the bots just use outpost to get your steam id and and add you through that. Your best hope is to block all communication and report any bots to steam.

Your best bet is leaving a comment asking him to add you, the guy you are trying to add might not be online at the time of your add, and thus can't respond.

Automated bots add users based on what's in their trades, So lets say you have an unusual team captain on the left side, don't put buds / keys other high class items in the right side. I personally use the robo armour (search armour) and the amount of adds I get drops down from maybe 3-4 adds a bump to 0-1. Hope this helps!
