Tickets can only be viewed by admins and the users assigned to them. In regards to your appeal being denied there's some more info here:

You need to take it up with the admin assigned to your ticket. That admin will be the only one that can tell you the reasoning behind the ban.

Unfortunately no, due to the way most trades are automatically bumped there's going to be some duplicates.

Using the phrase search feature can be used for specific phrase in the trade notes. You can also search with specific unusual effects by clicking on the item and using the effect dropdown box.

Well if the trade didn't go through then no items will be exchanged.
