Make a report on steamrep so the user gets marked as a scammer. I dont think you will be able to get your items back.

I usually just search a regular strangifier and type the item name in the "Enter a phrase to look for in the notes..." section.

There are 774,158 users on the site, one ticket from each of those users a day would take a very long time to get through, like the admin said, be patient.
