We're currently working on fixing this issue.

The reason your trades were considered relists was because your trades were all open for the same goal. That being selling unique weapons for 1 scrap/2 weapons each.

If you want to have multiple trades open for specific weapons you need to list the items you are selling and the prices you are selling them for in each of the trade's notes.

Admins don't actively seek out trades that are breaking the rules, rather they rely on users to report your trades, no one reported your trades until recently, so it was only now that your trades were closed.

Your ban appeal is currently assigned to Ascent, one of our appeals admins. You'll have to wait for a response.

If you're on Windows, search for the Snipping Tool. If you're on mac, hit command shift 4.

Upload the images to an image sharing site like imgur.com

Currently the site automatically refreshes the trade if the user comes up as Unknown, so if your trades break, it should only be temporary and fix itself up.

The trades may break for a few moments when you first create the trade, but it should return to normal after a short time.

Still happening.

All of your currently open trades are all attatched to your account, no unknown account.

Create a support ticket and it will be reassigned to an appeals admin.

This has been fixed.
