You need to submit a Ban Appeal on the site. Only then can an admin help you with your ban.

That would fall under trade rule #7 and is not allowed on the site.

No trades that aren't trades. This rule includes any form of donations, services, asking for crates to unbox, troll trades, building up one weapon to an unusual, raffles, etc.

Sending a support ticket (click on tickets in the top right, then scroll down to the Create a Support Ticket button) will give you an opportunity to reappeal.

Send in a support ticked on the site, it will be reassigned to an appeals admin.
