I personally use many in one trade just so I dont have to bump as many trades.

You need to put in your trade notes that you wish to trade the key for 18 refined.

This is something that needs to be asked in a support ticket, as staff don't publicly give exceptoions (as far as i know)

Why not just make a trade with a low craft numbered hat and state in the trade notes that you are looking for specific numbers?
