No trading on the forums

You can trade untradables by gifting them.

If you received previous bans for abusive language, you would have realised that using it again would result in another ban.

Based off the ban notes you were given multiple warnings, breaking a rule multiple times consititues a perm ban.

Users with premium status will not be refunded any duration of time lost if banned. Permanent bans will result in permanent revocation of premium status.

Be patient and wait for the ticket to be replied to, posting here wont speed anything up. The reason they perm ban users with private profiles is because it stops the site from functioning, because it cant read the users backpack.

If you leave and dont want to come back to a bunch of offers or trades, just close your open trades and reopen them when you get back.

No calling out users on the forums.

Sometimes those warnings come up even with users with clean profiles. Check that he isnt a marked scammer on SR or an obvious alt.

So long as those non steam items complies with the Steams TOS, you should be fine. You can find the rules of the site at the very bottom at the page under "rules"
