Also be sure to check that the user you are buying games off of is clean (steamrep and so on) and has an account older than 2 years, anything younger will most likely be a revoked gift.

Lots of people get banned / create support tickets and there's not that many admins to respond. Be patient and wait it out.

I'd look into why a person was banned before you go buying something with a red named history. It is pretty common for those with the red names to be scammers, even if not all of them are.

Am I safe, If I buy it from someone who isnt a scammer, but the items history has had scammers? Thats really all I want to know.

So long as you arent buying from a marked scammer you're good.

Red names on the site means that user is banned, it has nothing to do with the item being duped.

Some users just block when they get random adds, phser or not. Just leave comments on their trades on what you are offering.

A lot of people dont accept random adds from users with private profiles. Its because of the phser bots that add users and message them with psh links. If you do want to give offers on items id suggest leaving a comment on the users trade saying youre adding them / what you are offering.

On a side note users with private profiles will be banned on the site, giving people even more reason to block you.

Most likely a bot, if you didnt click a link or download anything suspicious, you'll be fine.
