Sounds like it has something to do with your computer, not the site. Try using a different browser/ computer.

That was from your last post. As norby says, you shouldn't be getting timers in your own trades. Putting it in the subfroum should get a quicker response from sneeza or someone else who can fix the problem.

I would guess that the backend servers are all out-of-sync, as Sneeza said in your last post. As this doesn't seem to be something the staff would put back in.

I can't say why your ticket or your post was deleted, but I can answer your questions.

The other user that he has linked in his trade is his own steam trading bot. Which does not break the site rules. The other trades the bot has open are not against the rules as one is for buying and the other is for selling.

This means you aren't using the correct username or password, check that you are typing these correctly. If that doesn't fix it you will need to reset your password

Like I said before, this game is guaranteed free, its just not guaranteed that you will get it. People can use different emails to get access to the game, increasing the chance of them getting it. You say you bought the dead island game, and you got 4 copies of the mod for free. If your trade was closed for selling dead island because its a free game that would be understandable. But you are selling a mod for a game that you got 4 copies of for free (with purchase of another game that was on sale). Which anyone can get through the early beta access.

If you want this user to stop reporting what you think are incorrect trades, block them from your OP profile. This stops them from seeing your trades and commenting on your trades.

This is the point I want to make clear, this in no way guarantees a free game." This is where you lose me, because you have ordered this game for free, no? Just because there's a chance that you might not get the game, shouldn't mean that the game is worth something, because it's still something that you got for free.

Like yourself, I'm no admin and I might be completely wrong here but this closed trade seems justifiable in my eyes, anyone can get this game for free.
