I've told Sneeza that some users are having issues with the timer. For now you'll just need to wait and try not to post as fast as you have been. Sorry I cant be much more help with this.

This is a problem on Steams side. A potential fix could be to use the steam browser.

There's nothing anyone on the forums can do for your ban. Tickets assigned to retired staff will be reassigned to active staff eventually, though this could take some time.

Unfortunately you'll just need to wait it out.
