Unfortunately until your appeal is granted on SteamRep, you will remain banned on the site. As for your second appeal being archived, they listed a reason as to why here.[forums.steamrep.com]

Looks like one of our mods posted the wrong reason for your ban, you were reported as having a private inventory/ backpack.

Follow the instructions on checking your inventorys view settings here and then create a ban appeal ticket on the site. A mod will sort it out from there.

You can use tools such as ShareX or Gyazo, or take a computer using your computers screenshot software (Windows has one called 'Snipping Tool') and upload it to an image hosting site such as imgur.com

We dont recommend trading with banned users, however you won't be banned as long as the user's SteamRep is clean and there's nothing else suspicious about his rep.

To post a trade you need to have items in both parts of the trade, if you don't the site won't let you post.
