Trading with marked scammers is against the site rules and you will banned if you trade with the user.

I very much doubt you'll land a mark on SR or even a ban or outpost. I'd wait for the admin to reply before you do anything, just in case.
I beleive Outpost has a No refunds policy. You'll have to eplain what happened in the ticket you submitted, the admin assigned will look into it.

It is not against the rules to trade with sharkers. However, beware they may shark you too.
