Try making a ticket to steam support, however I dont htink theyll help you out, also make sure to create a steamrep report so the scammers get marked as such.

The OP staff is no longer accepting scammer reports on the fourms, create a scam report on steamrep.

What do you mean by broken? Can you give a screenshot?

No ban appeals on the forums, if you've made a ticket on the site you just need to wait for them to respond, posting here won't speed up the process

You can post any relevant information, so long as it isn't advertising another steam group or site.

The time it takes for an admin to reply to a ban depends on the availability of the admin and how many other appeals the admin has to go through. No one can really give you an estimate as to how long this will take, you'll just have to wait.

TF2OP is a free market, so users can set any prices they wish. Having an up or down vote system would potentially harm other users trading because if someone doesn't like a trade, they could go through and down vote all of their currently open trades.
