You can use the mann co store to view hats on different classes with different paints. However if you want to view more than one you would need to use SFM, at least to my knowledge

of course, it would have to be the words of the banned user and not the friend. i know this. thanks, would contacting an outpost admin to discuss it help the cause along with talking of it in the appeal?

Sorry for the very long reply, steam didn't notify me. Your friend needs to make his appeal and wait for it to be answered. Nothing else he can do will speed up the process as the staff have to go through a large amount of appeals.

As i said in reply to your comment, there is nothing the OP staff can do. As the bots use steam to access your account.

I find it very hard to believe that the OP staff are allowing these bots on their site to get profit, if you have proof of this claim then I might. Otherwise you just need to be patient until steam or the op staff figure out a way to remove these bots.

You need to create a support ticket on the site for refunds of premium.

This is usually a problem with Steam API. You can try resetting your internet router and re trying, or logging in through the Steam browser.

Have you been editing your Steam driver hosts folder? (Used for glitching the equip regions and things like that)
