I'm not Sneeza, but this is the value you probably have donated before the change. As Sneeza stated, those who donated will have that donation converted to initial premium payment - so, you'll enjoy some benefits for being a donator on the past as premium now, proportional of what you had donated.

I have $10,50 as active payment, for example, 'cause i've donated keys until reach that value

Any possibility that you enable the same technique of Bazaar for manually bumps?

The fact is that once a critical mass is reached, donation perks are just not sustainable. TF2 Outpost reached that size long ago, and this is the best way we have found to continue the website without destroying it. I'm brazilian also, and I have a credit card and PayPal account. Anyone with a bank account can have a credit card, even if underage. And you can always find someone with one (your parents) if you can't have an account.

Being serious: why it's very problematic? You're lazy to trade them? You're having difficults to trade them fast? And you can go further on that "gray legal area"? It's about what? Trademark Issue? And i don't looked by 10 minutes. If you can find people buying keys for $1,70 and state the price of the key @ $1,50, what the point to say that isn't?

Well, about credit card i'll tell you a story about my life. Unfortunatelly i can't prove it all, but i'll tell it anyway.

I went to my bank, Banco do Brasil, and tried to open a credit card. I have a debit card. Received a no, 'cause i can't prove my monthly salary without register.

The informations i have received: I need to have at last a R$ 500,00 monthly income, i need to prove it with my CPTS - bank extract DON'T count, don't fuckin' count - i need to be overaged (or convince someone overaged and with monthly income to do it).

I unfortunatelly don't have any guy inside the bank who can help me, so i'm blocked in a honest way. And i know many guys are in my situation too.

I know that in Caixa is even worst, and Santander works at the same way. If you know any bank more flexible, tell me.

So, you suggest that i stole the informations from my parents' credit card? Not gonna happen.

I'm totally frustrated. I'll lost the benefits i've paid for, i'll not receive a refund and i can't get them anymore. Thanks for excluding me from the system.

But introducing the BluePay and excluding the keys from payment is excluding young people from the process. And seems like xenophoby for me, since isn't easy to get credit card in any country.
