Personally, I feel that anything that is controlled by the steam user (name tags, desc tags, decals tools, etc.) should be punishable. Anything that a user can not control (eg: Craft Numbers) should not be punishable, as a user had no control over what craft they ended up with. For example, lets say a person crafted a Contientous Objector #666 and then they go and sell it. Should they be punished for it because 666 is the devil's number and it may offend Christians? No, they couldn't control the number of the objector, so they shouldn't be punished for it. However, if this person Names it "The Wrath of the Devil," describes it as "All Christians Must Die" and puts a decal of the Devil killing Jesus / Christians, then I feel that it should be deemed inappropriate. Similar to the pyro set, nothing is wrong with those items, but when a user goes out of there way to theme them into something racist / derogatory, I feel there should be some action taken

Also, couldn't fall as "insults toward other users." Not as a post, but sort of as a general statement made as a trade, mocking certain religions / people.

It's not about it being offensive, it's about it being a horrible thing to make, and then sell for a profit. Do you think it is alright for,people to have a pyro set named in relation to the Nazi Regime, or a Stickybomb launcher named The Boston Marathon and then profit off of horrible items like that. If they made it and kept it to themselves, I really wouldn't care. But trying to sell it is just flat out wrong.

This is outrageous. I always thought stuff like this fell into the "common sense" part of the rules. But this is the third and fourth trade I've seen like this this week. I personally feel it is quite horrible and a serious issue when somebody pokes fun at serious events like the Holocaust and the Boston Marathon Attacks. Can we please put something official about this in the rules to help further discourage this? Any response is appreciated

Personally, I think that the creator of the screenshot deserves full credit for what he has made. As to wheter or not somebody else can use it without his permission, that is an issue left the moderators of TF2 Outpost to decide whether or not he can use it, since there is no sort of "intellectual property" rule by Outpost or Valve regarding screenshots, even though I personally feel there should be

I was just browsin Outpost when I noticed a guy called Everything You Do is a Balloon (http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/534). He has closed other peoples trades (such as this one: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/1228312 ) and even banned a few people (I don't have any links to them atm). I didn't see him in the retired staff section of the about page and was just wondering who he was. Any info on this would be great
