You really do; TF2 is a RPG. You have skill trees that you level up some choose the profitering tree some choose knowing the damn price tree and and of course the scammer tree and many more not mentioned. Also its a MMO see huge amounts of traders interact to trade items like a lot of MMO. And your roleplaying as a sucker to valve trying to make profit via CSS sheets pixels, and of course the hardware that displays all these shiny hats and sucker you in the first place.

From my perspective this just falls into the general buisness courtesy rules. But they don't count on any reputable site. Next time ask if he has another source for these games and also make sure he agrees to hold his deal for you. I won't lie its hard to sell games, unless you're paitent but not unless we are talking dota 2.

Really the question here is does it technically follow the rules of outpost. If you haven't noticed yet all the admins are very 'by the book' which is good for the most part. Human technicality is funny.
