I won two vintage hats through an auction on bazaar.tf, and I noticed that the guy I bought them from is banned on outpost. According to rep.tf, he has no special reputation regarding any other trading site except outpost, nothing to report on his Steamrep or Steam Community profile. I have closed my outpost trade with the two vintages for now.

Will I get in trouble for trying to sell the two hats on outpost? I don't wanna get banned. ;(

For better or for worse, you are allowed to sell item for whatever price you want, and if someone doesn't like it, they should ignore it. Trash talking, putting down, "crapping on" or insulting other people's trades can be considered abuse. You can report people for doing this by basically saying this when submitting your ticket:

"Summary: This post is abusive towards another user.
Reason: Trash talking my trade, posting unwanted price checks."

How do you respond to a customer feeling buyers remorse? Are you like "tough shit bro, shoulda thought of that earlier" or are you like me who only does it so you don't feel bad? Are we obligated to give refunds on outpost?
