How does this make "trading gifts a better experience for those receiving the gifts" ? I don't see any benefit to the end user here. Not in terms of trading through the window OR gifting. A lot of people feel dis-serviced because the trade window is no longer a proper way to trade inventory games anymore.

How exactly are we expected to trade games with strangers at a whim? Gifting doesn't cover every scenario. Lets not forget that almost every game has been region locked... Is it not a little bit excessive? These new rules have "made a hole", there are services missing now.

This means our friendly neighbourhood resellers are going to be out of business. This is a [big] hit to those of us who are used to paying less than the Steam Store on websites like TF2 Outpost. Are we screwed?
