All admins have been handling appeals in the site, you just had no idea of this fact.

I believe most of the staff do that because of the mass amount of adds they get every single day due to problems that can easily be solved in the site or in the forums. Every minute one spends talking to a user is one less minute working/managing the site. And 95%, if not more, of these adds are just complaints, curses, bribes or threats.

If you are referring to me, I enforce the site rules, therefore I am entitled to interpret them when I handle a report, whether you like it or not.

The user is also entitled to appeal when a bad decision is made by a staff member, nobody is perfect and everyone can mess up.

From what I've seen, no matter what you've done to deserve a permanent ban, nobody cares since there are thousands of appeals being made every day. Nobody has time for this anymore since Mr. Rager has "retired". I've also been looking for someone to look again into my appeal but as I said already, who cares. TF2OP is not a professional orgnisation where people have to do their job, if you know what I mean, it's just a group of people who decided to make a website just to make trading easier.

If you have nothing constructive to say, don't say it.

You report directly in outpost, all posts and trades have a report icon.

As already mentioned, being a rank X donator does not make anyone different from any other member. Everyone follows the same rules.

And speaking of rules, it is the users' responsability to periodically check on them, even though Sneeza usually announces whenever they are updated.

The community "likes" to report offending users, and someone must have reported you for having a private backpack, even though you may have been away.
