1. Like I've said, you were wrong and that does not justify opening your trades. You can't ask them to be reopened under these circumstances.

2. This trade was closed by Baloo at 04:37:08 on March 8th, 2015 with the following reason:

Within 2 hours of the trades' closure. You then created 2 more tickets, 1 minute apart, that's 2 extra - and useless - tickets.

3. You pay for trades and autobump, support is offered to everyone for free. We are volunteers and get none of this money you pay. It also does not cover any of our medic bills, if I may disclose anything.

5. You were no ignored. Had your ticket be left open forever then you would be ignored. The sole fact I took care of it disproves how much we ignore people.

I take care of these forums to also keep them clean of rants, like yours, and if that means closing invalid tickets then I'll take care of them as well.

6. That's your choice, I made everything as clear as I could.

1. Your trades were invalid hence they were rightfully closed.

2. You spammed THREE support tickets 2 hours after the trades were closed.

3. We don't open trades when it is the user's fault. You should manage your personal information better.

The fact that we didn't pin point the main account yet does not make it completely safe. This account has classic signs of someone trying too hard to appear legit, I would not be surprised if it was a scammer trying to start from scratch.

The best way to stay out of trouble (personal and public) is to avoid suspiciously looking accounts regardless of their ban statuses.

I'd stay away from it.

Just don't do anything wrong.

Just a question: is there any compensation for premium members that use the service almost only for gift reselling?

You know, tf2op is no longer base on donations, but it is a subscription service so if some functions are not working like they did when I paid for it, I'm entitled for a partial refund or an extension of the subscription. Obviously, since the site is still partially usable, I'm not entitled for a full month refund, but a partial refund/extension should be granted.
At least this is what happens with every other paid subscriptions when their services are not working as they should.

I'm sure you already thought about that, but just in case you didn't, what's the email address and/or the phisical address I should write to?

The subscription covers autobumping and trade slots - none of these are affected. Users without premium are experiencing the same problem.

It is the user's responsibility to check who they trade with. The rules page make it very clear what is not allowed to do and what happens when you are banned. There's no room for complaints here.

Like I've said before, I'll update this when Sneeza changes its status. Bumping this thread will not make it go faster - Outpost is not an independent entity, development depends on many different things.
