We do have many people paying for premium, and the overall active users count has only slightly decreased since the premium announcement - pretty much due to the decline in TF2 trading itself. It's clear to us people didn't leave the site, even though a lot of people said they (or everyone) would.

It's impossible to avoid them completely. Ignore all friend requests and ask people to send you trade offers or post on your trades/profile beforehand.

Another reason I haven't bought premium is because the pretty shitty security, Outpost doesn't even use https... You also enter the credit card details and all your personal information directly on the site (unless you use paypal), that doesn't feel very professional or secure, if there were more payment methods maybe i would consider premium but not for now.

There's nothing we can do to prevent this. Only Steam can do something - they did and changed their minds.

There is not scam. We nave said it was permanent, people say this because there was no explicit expiration date. No expiration date != permanent. Read the link posted a couple posts above yours.

This was discussed many many many times already. It's been 6 months, and this is how the site works now.
