Why do mods seem to turn a blind eye on fake c/o's and obvious price manipulation?
I do understand the scarcity of the matter, but I feel like sometimes you should prioritise. Faking a c/o is, at least the way I see it, a pretty huge offense.

Here's an example that I came by, just today: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8540103
And you can see that the kind of people who are ready to pull of such things are ready to do much worse stuff: this guy scammed an unusual off of a guy (he's selling it just now) by quickswitching.

The other example off the top of my head is this guy: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8470066
He is constantly doing this, having friends offer on his trade. There are Salty Dog's with b/o's the same as his c/o. The guy who said it's his offer has been his friend for more than the trade has been active, and hasn't "offered" on any other Stormy Salty Dog. Here's an old trade of his: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7633936
At the time he went berserk offering the Salty Dog on unusuals saying his c/o is a scorching beak. Everybody told him to take the c/o and then trade them that, but he didn't respond to anything. If that's not enough, the guy who "offered" it said he "added him" whereas they have been friends from ~June. I filed a detailed report against him because I'm disgusted by this sort of behaviour, only to see him "roaming free".

I do understand that it's pretty hard for mods to keep up with reports as I can only imagine how many you have to go through. But it feels kinda wrong providing all the possible details in my reports only to see nothing has been done. I'm just obssessed with justice nowadays, disgusted by some of the people in our community.
