True, I think that you are referring to the #666 pyro set? That went for a ton, but its all about demand when it comes to craft number trading. 500 is a pretty nice number, its all about finding the 2-3 users who are interested in it.

I'm just gonna go out on a limb and say that will never happen. Theres enough headache from some users to be adding youtube vids on every trade.

ohh i see. go to your profile> edit profile > settings> uncheck the box where it says keep gifts hidden

If you know how to trade tf2 items, there is a drop down box in your trading screen that will say Teamfortress 2, Dota 2, Steam inventory, etc.

If youre looking on how to put dota 2 items on your trades, its the same procedure but the drop down box is on the left when you make a new trade on outpost.

I'm pretty sure only mods/admins can do that (could be wrong). could you check who the trader was, and if they aren't a mod could you link it?

I believe keys are valves as 1.50$ donations. And yes they should all accumulate and push you to the next level of donations. For more info I'd check the donate page on outpost.
