Jokes there, but traders trade for profit, sure though, I get sometimes overpricings hats too much is just a waste of space but people are free to ask whatever they want. If they sell vastly overpriced items then no one will buy and they will eventually have to keep lowering until it's in the zone where people will actually pay for them.

~if only~
but sellers are not the people i'm talking about, at all, really

i rarely meet sellers who go *way* over bptf price, they're usually just trying to get rid of an item

but buyers... ew.

falling back to the point you were making; sellers get to ask whatever they want, if they ask too much their items won't sell and the joke's on them, simple as that. the problem with ''buyers'' being that (obviously) unlike sellers, they don't have ti actualy own an item to be able to ''use'' it in their trade, so for example a person looking to buy craft hats can add all kinds of ''expensive'' items in their ''want space'' point eing that when they do that their trade will appear in in all search results for people trying to sell an item >>for example i've currently got an essential accesories i'm trying to sell, but when i'm trying to look for being who might be interested i get all kinds of bullshit craft hat trades offering one ref for it...

do you understand my struggle -or better said; mein kampf?

I don't know if "Mein Kampf" would exactly be a better phrase than just "my struggle" in this context but ok. :P

Sure. I guess, but you can just decline. A lot of players don't know item prices and somehow don't backpack.tf at low tier hats. You just have to decline, not much else you can do. From experience since there are so many craft items, outpost is not the best place to find buyers for your stuff unless it's one of those popular hats everyone wants like an anger or whatever. Also, essential accessories with paint sounds hard to sell to me. Painted items are a pain to sell, I don't buy them because 90% of the time I don't like the paint and would not overpay for them. I can't think of a cure for low offers either, I feel like it's just something we'll have to deal with.
