When viewed from trade lists it shows me as the owner of the trade
When you go into the trade the owner is shown as 'Unknown'

I cant edit or close the trade

Was going to report my own trade, but there isnt a category for 'trade broken'

Can someone close it for me ?

So I posted a ticket to get my alt unbanned after I got it back from scammer, nearly 3 months ago. It was assigned to helenangel and I've got no response, even though Ive bumped it two or three times. I also posted on her discussion thread in the outpost forums, but she seems dead on there too.

So I raised another ticket a few weeks back and it got assigned to helenangel and I got no response, so I bumped it and nothing happened.

So I raised another ticket and it got assigned to helenangel, is anything going to happen ?

Appreciate the number of tickets you guys get, probably in the 100s a day range. But its been months now, and its getting really frustrating. Pls unban my account, it has nothing in it but my spellbooks.

They are identified in other backpack viewers, but not on outpost's; or in outposts's search functionality. I think you will probably have to continue using other backpack viewers and use word search plugins / extensions if you are searching outpost. Its shit, but it is what it is. I've asked for this twice on forums, and I don't think its going to happen. Shame really, but life goes on :) lol
