Support recieve a lot of tickets, the best thing you can do is be patient. They are currently in the process of hiring new staff which will hopefully speed things up.

Most of the time I give refunds. Especially if they sold me something then decided they wanted it back. It may be a little annoying but hey. There is one situation where I will get them to explain to me in depth why I should give them a refund and that is after I have sold them an unusual hat. My reason for this is because now the trade history on that hat is longer by two and my name appears twice split up by another name which may cause some future buyers concern that the hat is duped or something else.

Ok, from the error message you are getting, I get the feeling you are using the search system wrong, correct me if I am mistaken.

What you want to do is going into the search tab. Then select steam inventory in the drop down menu where it says TF2. After that type in the game you want but don't hit the search button, instead hit enter on your keyboard. From there a list of games and trading cards and the like that match your search tags will pop up. Click one of those then hit the search button at the bottem.
