Donators, no. Own trade? Yes. But put no restriction on it then. Just like Reddit /r/tf2trade works. 10 mins restriction, but if you're the OP, there is no restriction.

However, it is annoying when your looking for legit buyers of your promo/unusual item and all that comes up in the search is quicksells only. It's a good way to get some profit, but people keep pushing the line. Used to be 15% off, then 40% and now I see people using 80% off as a mark for their prices. Insane, but if someone wants to get promos/currency quick, there should be an ability to go to one of those traders, and give the item for a bit cheaper. But 80% off is ridiculous.

You should move this in the "Suggestions" part. I could understand (judging by how many times I check my bp everyday) that dota traders will be annoyed TF2 is the main backpack. This should have the ability to toggle it.

If either crate 50 will be salvaged or not, crate 40 will still stop dropping, and the stranges in it will go up.
