Hello all.
I have previously been banned for offering services on another persons trade. When the ban was over I didn`t even have a day to take down an other trade I was supposed to and got banned again for two weeks!
I decided not to even fight and just wait till november 31st when my ban ends.
Today I accidentally clicked a link to the site and saw I was PERMbanned and I can not appeal.
I want to say a couple of things.
First, I don`t understand why the admins didnt give me even a day to close my other trade.
Second, I want to ask why the ban was changed from two weeks to PERM.
Third, if the admins decide to keep me permbanned I would like to get a refund for the premium I have.

The rules say:
"No trades that aren't trades — this includes any form of donations, services, asking for crates to unbox, troll trades, building up one weapon to an unusual, etc."
I followed them fully and didn`t open a trade providing services.
No rules said I may not offer my services in a comment on a trade so I did so.
If this is not allowed please say it in the rules (I`m not telepathic or anything, Jesus!)
Anyway I think you should unban me because I genuinely thought it is OK to offer my services as a comment.

This is common sense. If it's not allowed to put it in a separate trade why would it be OK to do it in a comment? The end result would be the same.

Nope, A trade with a service will most likely phish people in just to see someone asking for donations or selling their grandma. Offering on someones trade doesnt clog all the site.
If this logic is wrong just tell me and I won`t do it anymore but I do want to be unbanned ASAP

The problem is not "clogging", it's offering the service. It doesn't matter where you did it, it's against the rules.

Well now you know. If you do it again you will be perm banned from this site.

I was talking to blue screen of death on my appeal and bluedemon just came and said 1 more time im permed and closed my appeal. its not like I was rude in the appeal... I can even provide screenshots

but you guys seem to enjoy encouraging rude and harmful admins.
I bet I report more trades that brake the rules than 20 average people.
