I think it would be like that every Green Donators gets 12 Months (1 Year) of Premium, Orange 24 Months (2 Years) and Blues get 36 Months (3 Years) or Just get a new Donator ranks.

He's doing absolutely nothing wrong. If he copied your entire profile word for word and stated that he was you, then that could be considered impersonation, but there's nothing wrong with copying someone's name alone.
