It should move up or down by one page. Fast scroll is achieved by click-and-hold (it doesn't do that either).

Do you see, now, how scrollbar behaviour is much more complicated and feature-rich than your "NO U" reply implies?

You are thinking about the scroll box. The scroll box sits on a scroll bar. You drag it to scroll.

Native scroll bars are also clickable. You click them to scroll. Try it and see. This one is not.

Edit: bonus dysfunction! if your mousewheel is set to scroll X lines at a time, every wheel movement moves jumps past multiple screens at a time. The native scrollbar was designed by professionals who put a lot of thought and refinement into it. Please use it.

To copy rich text into a new trade. There's no other way to see the bbcode version of the notes.

In a deliciously ironic turn, the rare seller is not even moving the tf2finance ticker because their prices are below market average by too many standard deviations.

When I want uninformed economic theories, I go to bp.tf. I come to outpost for trading and I'd like to see fewer stupid forum posts disguised as trades.
