I meant it's a steam report option, not a tf2 outpost report option. Like, how can I say that - someone that makes you angry and annoyed by his actions. And still, when he agreed to trade with me, he was supposed to agree with my rules too. It's not like I didn't tell them to him or that they weren't clear enough in my profile. Never threatened. I warned him that I don't like people that change their mind and that could be listed as a report from me as "annoyance" (well, I can see the report option in Greek and I don't know how it's translated exactly in English). I also have these rules in my profile in order not to be approached by people that easily change their mind. Other than that, I consider "not answering" as something rude. He didn't even bother to tell me why he changed his mind, but he just deleted me after some days. What does this have to do with tf2outpost authority? If he had scammed me (that's just a poor example), would I have to be in authority to warn him? And I just said that acquiring a premium account should have some rules, but of course, that's not my decision. :/ Thanks for your answer.

Ok, then I'll open a lot of trade posts and ask people to wait until their gifts become tradable, and then change my mind, without even answering to them. Of course, I won't do it, but it's just an example to show you that this is not something nice or ever normal. Anyway, I warned him that there will be consequences, but he didn't obviously care. Hello. So, I had agreed to trade with a guy and he told me to wait until my gift becomes tradable. When my gift became tradable, I sent him a trade offer and some messages, but he never answered. After a lot of days, although he obviously saw my offer from the day I sent it, he declined it and he deleted me - although he had agreed to trade with me. Is this something that I should not bother about? I have proof that we agreed to trade and he is a PREMIUM user of tf2outpost. I mean, any kid can become a premium user? Aren't there any rules about these behaviors?

Just for the history, an admin helped me after only 3 days. So, I was mistaken thinking that it would take ages for them to help me. Thanks a lot for the help, tf2 outpost admins. :)

I think that you can generally find prices for tf2 items in backpack.tf.

Hello and thank you for answering. Many people are selling untradable gifts. Never heard that selling untradable gifts in tf2outpost is prohibited. The only place that this is prohibited is in reddit if you are a new user. It's just that, even if I'll hide his comment, everyone can still click on it and see it. And I don't like any kind of negative reputation, especially from rude Hextec (that's his name), who doesn't even know about the steam trading rules. I reported his comment, by also providing a picture with proof obviously, but will the moderators check my ticket anytime soon (I'm telling this because I've seen many people complaining about the lack of answering tickets)? I wrote this here, because I've noticed that moderators answer faster here. :)

I also reported his comment by opening a ticket to tf2 outpost.
