I understand your ban is over two years of age, but the timer doesn't start until you've submitted an appeal.

Three months is the common amount of time banned users wait, I wouldn't recommend mailing the staff unless your appeal has been sitting around for roughly four months.

Intentions with this thread are clearly negative, it has already turned into a rant, would be best for it to get locked.

User 375183 is an alt that belongs to a scammer, you're accused of being an alt to that alt.
