where is that? in outpost?

Many people already had some trouble with the outpost inventory but my problem is very specific:

When I want to make a trade and put games (from the steam inventory) I clic on "Steam inventory" just below "Portal 2" but I can't add games because of this:
"This player's profile or inventory is set to private ('friends only' is not sufficient, it has to be 'public')."
I set everything public from the start but I am still stuck...
I have acces to all my TF2 inventory but not the steam one...
Please help!
