Money Pricing Regulations?
Basically, I've been pondering this for a while. Since the somewhat-recent addition of unusuals to the market, prices have skyrocketed on some (With some decent effects, at most.). What I'm trying to get to here is that there really is no price set for unusuals with money. It's basically "You want it? It's your's if you can pay $400 pal."

Let's look at things that sell on the market first. Keys, out of what I've seen lately, have been going at the least around 10-20 cents off it's average price. Round it to 2.30 and keep it in mind later. Now, I don't think buds are available on the market yet (I haven't gotten the chance to look for myself yet) but they'd probably go for around 60 to 80 dollars. Which, in a fashion, seems sensable. They are rare and expensive items. Currently (As of 7/26/2013) buds are 22 keys. Since keys could be priced at 2.30, buds would be $50.60. But since prices are subject to change and that's only below the average price (I went by lowest Buyout) buds can easily take a rise or fall. So, what I'm trying to get to is: Real-World money can put someone, on either end of the trade, richer than what they should be, leaving the other losing more profit. I'm not trying to say that money prices should be a strict and static price, but instead have outrageous prices for buds, like $95, have some kind of pricing sheet, so that way buds can be controlled and nobody gets scammed without one/either party knowing it.

Take trading in unusuals for example. Some trades want either raw buds, keys, or actual money. Now, if someone were to price an unusual wrong (Let's use a Steaming Fed Fightin' Fedora as an example, which is 1.4 buds) and they were to price it above the B/O, say 2 buds, That could be considered a shark (That's around 45% over it's actual price).

What I'm trying to say is, if there were some way to be able to accurately price items in real-world money, Dollars, Euros, and all other kinds of money alike, the money system is a little safer on your wallet at least, and there could be ways to detect money sharkers (I made that up out of thin air because I lack an actual term for it, sorry).

Too long? Basically: People can get scammed out of more money than they should, so a basic, community-controlled money pricing system would help determine the prices of what items are in their real-world corruncey forms, and could help all the random money pricing in the market and trades.
