Lots of players found themselves feeling much better in OW and left tf2 for that game. Including me.

kinda sad tf2 is not like how it was. the community to me looks a lot smaller... lost of players left to do thier own thing.

Just a demos (or as you called that 'p-rec demos'). The thing about replays which you talk about (at least I guess you're) are free look and thrid person views. Look for Lawena Recording Tool and Demo smoothing for tf2 tutorials at yt. Gl ;)
