steam decided to call it "free dlc". it was not what runic meant. they just released it as a patch.

I don't really see the point of bramble wall as well.

I found shadowlings to be rather weak, personally. except for the brute-he's great, and I highly suggest in investing points in him.

maybe if you level them up enough they'll be solid, I don't know. also worth mentioning though, that when I played(outlander being my first character), there seemed to be bugs with shadowlings(not spawning as they should, not lasting for as long as they should etc.).

maybe they fixed it today.

there is no such thing, IIRC. I'm pretty sure this question was already asked there. I think they also don't plan to have such an option available.

he can dual wield, that's for sure. claws, swords, etc. they can all work :)
