Want to play one of the OG's of hack and slash with emphasis on killing with style? BUY IT

I beat all the dmc's probably roughly 10 times. I played them as a kid and now being 28 I still love and recommend the series. the story is great. combat is great. DO NOT USE A DAMN KEYBOARD - the games were originally console games on ps1/ps2 (DMC4 and 5 were ps3/4). I can't speak for others saying the game is hard (for me its not, but this is due to muscle memory and the amount of times ive bought the series and played them) Some of the reviews regarding the camera stuff is understandable but again, this was normal back then. DMC3 is BY FAR and always will be my favorite. None of the other games really captured Dante's ♥♥♥♥ talking attitude as good as DMC3. if you want a challenge, DANTE MUST DIE difficulty will give you a run for your money especially if you try to no hit run the game.

So, fyi the game is good. People saying "this is op, thats op" instead of whining for nerfs or buffs, adapt and learn to play around it our counter it. Don't ruin the game by begging for devs to nerf stuff just because you don't have basic problem solving skills.


On a real note - Gun play is CRISP
-Warfare
-Ranked is fun af especially with players who do very well coordinating in their squads and calling in artillery (basically kill streaks but instead it uses points)
- Points are gained by literally just contributing.....if you aren't contributing why play (heal teammates, revive, hit players, kill players, use your util and kit, etc)


-Operations

-Wicked smooth, faster pace than tarkov/ arena breakout. Making it way more difficult. You need to pay attention and listen. As usual, you get your shots off first, they die (most of the time, depending on gear)

-Classes are NOT op in this mode like some whine about. Counter play. If you get scanned by arrow ♥♥♥♥♥♥ move dumbass. Play as a team, stick together, you can even make a comp depending on your intentions (boss, pvp, both, etc) just don't be obliviously dumb

- Both modes


-you can earn items in both modes, for both modes. Weapon tokens, gotcha tickets, skins, etc all can be earned playing both multiplayer modes.



PSA: OG delta force was around in 1998, BF came out in 2002. Arguably, based on the resemblance you could say delta inspired BF in the first place. From another perspective, shooters are all the same anyways. Calling it a copy of 2042 doesnt say much. Click mouse, gun go boom. Like every other shooter. The difference between the two, BF devs lost their way. Delta devs are doing what they set out to do.

If you dont want to play the game don't play it, BUT, i will say you are missing out on a big change. AAAA devs like dice and others are dying. Time for change, you can be part of it or hold onto what once was and be miserable idc. End of the day. I think the game is great. Give it a shot. Provide feedback, these devs actually listen so kudos to them.

Combat and controls = ass
Content = level to 50 > find an ACTIVE guild. Everything is guild locked behind 'Milestones' which is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Just so you can get gear to maybe participate in PvP
Graphics = Good
Do i recommend? in this state, no. Aside from what I mentioned above, the lithograph system is such an annoying grind it makes it pretty much pointless when the GEAR is NEEDED for the ENDGAME but its locked behind a ton of stupid ♥♥♥♥.
Oh also, you are limited on how much you can grind. By these things called contract tokens. Dungeons require 200 - 300 to open the boss chest that MIGHT contain your gear. you only get 900 per day. so 4 runs......yeah
Also, their or Open World dungeons that you can farm kill creatures to get items. Guess what, these require abyss contract tokens. you get them from contract completions, however, every mob you kill consumes 1. again you are gated.

All in all. the game is fun. but this bs limits make playing it a literal waste of time. play today and you might get your item. If not, play the game of 'maybe ill get it today' and try again.

This is 100% why this game is pay to skip. not necessarily pay to win. even now, if you look on auction house, finding purple gear listed is few and far between. The game is literally gating itself. Kinda crazy. I don't recommend this right now with these current systems.

Game feels so good. Players for the most part seem to have brains and be cooperative. a far cry from that toxic league of legends with a brain dead population. Kudos to Omeda! I can't wait to see what you guys bring to Predecessor!

Game is great! Obviously some little things should be worked on. Like the interval between stopping shooting and throwing your nade. Sometimes if you hit G too fast after shooting, it will not go off. Just little stuff like that. Other than that I can't wait for more content (Guns and maps)! Kudos to the devs, lot of attention to detail, everything looks gorgeous!

Game is insanely fun and sketchy/scary at the same time, I love it! Can't wait for more!

Game will not launch, just crashes saying out of memory. i9-14900k, 64gb ram 6400mhz, 1080ti 11gb. no reason this shouldnt launch. If it is fixed and I actually get to play, ill change my review.


Edit: found out renaming the user settings file (it just creates a new one) allowed me to launch. game is good! Just needs some time to properly balance some things :)

You'd think the people complaining about being kicked from raids for inexperience/gear score, would all simply...idk....create a raid group and play together is one option. Another option is.....idk....use the entirety of the world wide web to simply google raid mechanics? there are tons of guides. So yes, I think you deserve to be kicked from raids. I doubt your gear score matters that much, people carry all the time.
