I was an absolutely huge fan of the original Binding of Isaac, despite its many flaws. When I first heard about Rebirth, I was irritated and annoyed that people thought it even needed a reboot. What could they possibly do to such a fantastic game that might improve upon it, I pondered. Within ten minutes of playing this game, I completely forgot any disagreements and misgivings I had. This is the definitive version of the game. Every single aspect of the original has been analysed and improved upon. Physics, graphics, controls, item diversity, story (the few cutscenes there are), music, menus, game features; everything. Fluid, consistent 60fps and analog movement! By GabeN, it's a sight to behold. And the atmosphere is so much darker, the way it was always intended! Okay, not everything, some characters are TOTAL garbage and the Technologies are now terrible, but the game is a huge improvement on something I considered unimprovable. I absolutely love this game. 10/10.

And the DLC is coming! Bring on the pain. I never thought I'd say: "I can't wait to have me some Afterbirth!", but here we are.
