This game is a great follow up to the spirit of the Legacy of Goku series of games.
It has a huge open world with a some nice things to find, and ok side quests to do.
The battle system is easy to learn, but had some good room for complexity. It's very reminiscent of Xenoverse, but with some welcome changes. You're able to utilize ally attacks against enemies which make for an interesting strategic element of a battle. Plus I always appreciate when I don't have to use up an attack slot for charging up ki.
The character interactions might be my favorite part of this game. There's older characters in Dragon Ball's history that make reappearances and its always welcome to see them come back.
Overall, I'd recommend this game for anyone who wants a new Legacy of Goku game, but with an updated battle system and a much more expansive world.

This game is a ton of fun with or without another person. It has a perfect blend of stress in a tough situation and comedy in every turn.
