After a couple of hours in, the game is running great, and the Superstar mode is incredibly fun! It is very similar to Road to Glory in College Football. There are slight choices that make small differences, and upgrading skills feels incredibly fair and fast. The ambiance of the stadiums is also awesome. It is very similar to College Football in that aspect as well. The crowds are loud, the music feels immersive, and the crowd chants very loudly.

Starfield is one of my favorite games of all time. The planets can be beautiful, the combat is great, and the side content is spectacular. I will start out by saying that I have barely played any Bethesda games, and I have never gotten past the first few hours of a Bethesda game as I do not particularly care for the games' settings or combat.

Starfield is such a fun game to explore in, it has combat that to me feels genuinely good compared to Fallout 4. Pistols are extremely fun and satisfying to use in this game. The main flaw with the combat is the mediocre melee combat. The melee combat feels useless and in my experience it can not be used as a replacement for ranged weapons. There may be some skills down the line that can be unlocked that make melee combat better; however, I have not made my way towards unlocking any of those skills.

The game's main story is nothing to write home about. It is pretty unappealing for the first 2/3rds. The main story is easily the worst part of Starfield. It does not do a very good job at fleshing out any of the characters, showing their emotion, or showing character development.

With that said, if you dig into the character's side quests, you learn a lot more about them, and the characters' stories become a very compelling part of the game. The side quests are also excellent. Each side quest feels like a several hour mini story, and the stories within the side quests are generally great. They do not feel like throwaway quests, they genuinely have some really fun aspects, story telling and settings.

My biggest frustration with Starfield comes down to the way that skills/levels are unlocked. There are 82 different skills in the game to unlock, and each of the skills have 4 levels. To level up a skill, you will need one skill point. Therefore to max out all 82 skills, you would need to reach level 328. Each additional level increases in XP needed to level up as well. To put this into perspective, I am level 40 after 58 hours on my current game save. The XP required to level up from 40 to 41 is ~3500 XP, the XP required to level up from 99 to 100 is ~10500 XP, and the XP required to level up from 199 to 200 is ~30500 XP. Due to the punishing XP curve, I would recommend downloading a mod such as the "Less Heinous Leveling XP Curve" mod on Nexus Mods. I have not used this mod as of yet, as I am trying to unlock the game's achievements first.

Overall, if you can deal with a mediocre main story and a leveling system that does not always seem fair, Starfield is a delightful game. I have around 200+ hours played with my Game Pass save included, and I plan to revisit this game quite often.

This is by far one of the worst clicker games on the market at the moment. I would not recommend buying it until they figure out how they can make a good progression system in this game. They had it figured out in the first, but they can't seem to do the same here. This is the most disappointing purchase I have ever made, and it genuinely feels like they've changed nothing since the game launched nine months ago. Pass on this for now.

This game is fantastic. It's almost like Hearthstone, except it isn't pay to win. Of course you're against AI enemies, but it really does take two concepts and makes them work very well together. If you're on the edge wanting to buy this, I would definitely recommend it. Great game overall 9/10

Great game to play during queues and between matches.

I think this is a pretty fun game. There are certainly issues, which none are necessarily the game's fault. If you want to play games that are worth playing, play until you can play ranked. Most games are fun, but unfortunately 20-30% of the playerbase really doesn't know how to play well. Good game overall, certainly worth $5 if you don't feel like using the browser version. It's also on sale for $2.49 quite often.
