This is a complete scam. The product does not work, I cannot even get the cables to be recognized by Steam or my computer when plugged into my PC. I have no issues with my Valve Index headset with the OEM connections. I have had had to send 20-30 emails to support already, which they respond to each one with useless info and I am still waiting on my order which should have been delivered 6 months ago. I believe this is a literal scam where they pretend to produce a product and do the marketing, but the actual product is completely non-functional and the support is beyond laughable to the point I will be reporting them to the BBB for false advertising and literally stealing money as they will not even complete my order.

Only 5 hours in and having a ton of fun learning and playing this game.
