Guns don't do anything to help you because everything can kill you in seconds but you can't kill anyone else.

Third worst FPS game I've played, only beaten by America's Army Proving Grounds and The Finals. The only redeeming qualities are the interesting lore and LGBTQIA+ representation. Everyone has all these movement strats that just makes it unplayable for casual players. Installing Predator from Overwolf helped manage resources, especially if you have a second monitor, but it doesn't work anymore.

You get no weapons with only ammo and backpacks for the first 3 lootbins with triple digit ping and packet loss while enemies are 3x your level and get weapons with attachments in their first one, weapon recoil is all over the place, hipfire is horrible for you but not the enemies, hit rejections almost every match, Wraith's void has been bugged for the past 5 years, enemies can open doors even though you're right up against it, movement is clunky unless you can do 40 inputs a second, teammates are either abandoning early in the match, AFK or horrible most of the time, enemies are impossible to see, audio is practically useless, enemies can shoot through knockdown shields, closed doors and other surfaces, you can enter Crypto's drone even when it's not deployed, constantly get third-partied in combat, you sometimes can't change servers in the menu, no one plays in Australian servers and for some reason getting disconnected from a match due to crappy servers gives an abandon penalty to the players, which makes no sense at all when it isn't my choice to disconnect nor is it just me that has been disconnected.

Type 2 fun. This game is extremely farming intensive, and the Sunrise or Fees and Felines update doesn't make it any better. Imagine adding taxes and listing fees to your already low profit.

While the game is fun to play, it is very easy to get sniped from across the map. Half of the time, you can just randomly drive around in your tank then blow up from a shot that was kilometers away. The game also has a currency that can only be used via a premium currency and trying to get through the game for its Steam achievements or in-game medals takes dozens of hours at minimum.

Identity V except much higher quality and difficulty, and killers always camp the hooked players.

Match making takes forever, and when you get in a match, teammates love to either AFK or repair generators right next to each other which makes things easy for the killer and impossible for survivors. There really needs to be a reputation system.

The killer for some reason only targets me and loves to camp, only one killer so far has been chill. Even if I don't get targeted and somehow live long enough, hatches never spawn near you but you don't get to use them anyway because the killer always gets you first, or has the hatch right next to them and waiting for you to see them close it.

The Plague, The Dredge, and The Knight is overpowered.

Some characters and killers can't be obtained for free.

One thing I like after returning since 2022 is the auto bloodweb progression and being able to keep everything after prestiging.

Warframe is a third person PvE looter shooter with great cinematic quests. You can play with up to 4 players, but some of the time, you'll have to play on your own.

There are over 500 weapons in this game, each with their own unique design, niche, and lore. And there are more Warframes than probably any hero shooter you have ever played.

At the beginning, you start off very weak, so you'll have to farm resources to fully kit yourself out. This game can be played to the last mainline quest within a month, should you have a functional brain. My playtime is caused by attempting to collect all the things in the game, so don't feel ashamed for giving up early. This game can be quite farming intensive at times due to RNG.

Give this game a try. You'll definitely be interested in its unique mechanics and gameplay.

This game is like Neomorph except more refined. The CGs are okay.

The creators tried to immitate an MMD thing with what looks like VRoid models, and honestly they were pretty lazy about it.

Very laggy even with the lowest graphics settings and a decent computer.
Died over a dozen times in both the first and second chapter on "easy mode", and apparently it's normal.

I'm only recommending this game because of lore.

The game can't even be played. Join a match and less than 20 seconds, everyone starts to walk infinitely into a direction or hold an angle forever. There's only like 100 players online at a time, and that's it.

Movement and control wise, for some reason you can't lean while walking, and the ping system is very unrefined. You either ping a hostile or report your location, when games like Apex can allow you to give much more information using pings with only one key. Even CSGO can have two pings onto one key.

TLDR: Go play R6S or Apex Legends instead.

New CS2 review:
Although the game looks much better, the internals feels like a step backwards. Subtick updates makes your bullets not go where you aim at all so that your entire magazine of bullets miss, matchmaking puts you against opponents over double your skill and play time with teammates that have just started playing, and places you in matches across continents, the lag is so bad you can teleport and the magazine falls off the gun after one or two bursts.

I just got my rank and I went from Gold IV in CSGO to Silver II in CS2. I'll delete this game and not pick it back up in at least a few years.

Although the changes throughout the years have made certain game modes/features unavailable via normal means, this game is undeniably a modern classic FPS game, and it's very worth playing, especially for those who are new to FPS games.
