This game a lot of promise. The story is very interesting, and has a very nice hook. Can't wait to see where it goes. The main gameplay loop is fun, fairly similar to other basebuilding, resource gathering, and crafting games, nothing wrong with using what works already. Again shows a lot of promise, and the demo was quite fun.

It's what Diablo should've been.

Bought this game during steam summer sale 2014... I cant play it. the game starts normally but once i sign in it opens the server page and crashes, I saw the bad reviews, but decided to ignore them and give the game a chance, but since I can't play it... If I get it to work this review might change.

This game is one of the best survival games out there. The game is beautiful, and extremely fun, even when you meet a couple of non-friendly players that only want to kill you. The graphics are great for an Alpha state game, some textures could use a little tweaking; like the trees and mutated animals. The sound effects are great, everything has sound effects, even when you equip armor you hear how your character zips up. One of the coolest features is that once you place something it stay there forever, but it is also a problem, since a misplaced pillar can ruin your house. This forces you to build carefully, something most games can't acomplish. Overall this game is really great and can only get better. One more thing beware the community some will help but others will stab you in the back.
