This game has a bit of a slow start and takes a little while to find its feet. However once it does, Mad Max races off with its cool post apocolyptic setting, populated by deformed people riding crazy high speed cars that look like they have been made out of 20 other cars in someone's garage. The game far surpassed my expectations and I felt it captured the essence of the Mad Max films fairly well, but also whilst also feeling that it brought some new stuff to the table and further elborated on what was already there. You start out half naked and with no car. but as the game develops you gain your own sweet car that you can customise and greatly improve, whilst you become the proper Mad Max from legend. The story is a little lack luster and the sandly rusted metal look everything has can look a little samey after a while but the gameplay certainly makes up for these inadequacies and then some. So if you are looking for a fun, open world game where you are friends with a hunch back who fixes your car for you and a dog that functions as a mine detector, then sir, LOOK NO FURTHER!!

I have a feeling that my nostalgia for this game may distort my overwhelmingly postive thoughts of it. That being said, I don't really care and this game is badass. If you love Star Wars then this is the game for you, moreso than Star Wars Battlefront EA could ever be. Battlefront II lets you live out some of the best Star Wars battles from the films and even make your own. The game has a surprisingly good campaign however it might not be to everybodies taste, that being said, it is not the main feature of the game, so much as the gameplay is more left to speak for itself. Galactic conquest lets you conquer the universe as any one of four groups of armies and instant action lets you create your own scenarios accross a large range of maps. Online is a bit harder to set up but is not impossible and is a lot of fun. Overall, a large roster of characters and fantastic, ahead of its time gameplay, this game is one of the best Star Wars games out there and a definte recommend to anyone that is a fan of the films or the comics or anything to do with Star Wars!

One of the best games I have ever played and probably will ever play. The gigantic map and hundreds of quests and side quests may not be everyones favourite thing, but if you are a fan of open worlds or fantasy or dragons or even just of having fun, then you owe it to yourself to get this game and play the ♥♥♥♥ out of it. Its got it all: swords, magic, dragons, knights, wizards, werewolves, vampires, towns, cities, villages, being a general douche to people, elves, orcs and more. If any of that sounded remotely appealing, then you NEED to get this freaking game. SO STOP READING THIS AND GET IT!
