Best real world survival game on the market (and I've played a lot of them - focused on PVE). It's a combination of the base game and a very, very active mod community that's constantly evolving the game.

I liked it when it first came out but didn't play it long (about 60 hours). Since the NEXT release came out, I've really gotten into it - a lot of great improvements. Highly recommend since it's very different than anything else out there.
