Fun game but not really what i was looking for when it comes DRG like- too slow to be like DRG and not fast enough to be considered a "movement shooter" in my eyes. Balance of the weapons felt off too. Love the art-style and feel of the game though. Only problem I ran into was actually being able to see what was an enemy and what was just decor. All in all if you enjoy DRG likes and want something more fast paced and silly seems like a good fit for you.

Terraria Probably my favorite game ever made. If you want a full review instead of Pewdiepie screaming at Connor to not touch cactus chair than you've came to the right place.

Terraria is a unique game to all other sandboxes. It offers a long journey of fighting bosses buying stuff from lonely gunsmiths and slaughtering bunnies. Honestly the game is insanely fun. I usually find myself playing it for hours on end while listening to podcasts and that's just such a relaxing feeling. Terraria is a game that can really be intense or really relaxing. You can either take on all the bosses at once with no armor or you can sit down for an hour or two and make a huge base that you store every item you've ever found in your life. I've been playing this game for around 4 years and I've realized that this game is really hard to master. I'm sitting here with 1500 hours and I still get killed by a blue slime. Although with all these hours I've learned a few things and found some small things that may get annoying over time.

Good Things To Know

Going into your first world in Terraria it's good to know what's around you.
It's extremely important to know were to go and what to find.
All the bosses have little things that you can prevent to make them way easier to fight.
And cleaning up your gravestones is pretty important cause you don't want your world looking like a recreation of the poop stains on your old couch.

Annoying things

Not much to say here besides quick torches.
Quick torch is a thing were if you hold shift it pulls out a torch to place by any wall or block.
IT SHOULD JUST KEEP THE TORCH OUT NOT PUT IT AWAY WHEN YOUR CURSOR IS ON A PLACE WERE YOU CAN'T PLACE ANYTHING!
Honestly it gets annoying really quickly but you can prevent it.

Some amazing things that you should do in Terarria

First of all you should kill skeletron prime with hard bass school on because it feels like your crushing his metal skull like a old balloon.
Also try to kill duke fishron without armor it's a fun challenge.
Build a flower garden for potions. Trust me you'll need it.
INSTALL MODS AFTER YOU'VE BEATEN THE GAME A FEW TIMES

Mods

Mods are honestly going to be the future of this game. That's how this game will stay alive.
With the "final" update coming around it's kind of hard to say what Terraria is going to be after it. Is it going to be a minigame filled sandbox? Or rather a *epic* boss slaying sandbox.

All in all you should really buy this game. It's pretty cheap compared to other games and gives you plenty of play time. It's one of those old gems that will be like this forever. I'm probably going to end up losing my non-existent wife after having all these hours. smh my head
