Wanted Rocky, got bottom.
At first this promisedd a fun boxing sim with humor and choices, but instead, it punched me right in the fun.
Snooze-worthy storytelling and heartbreaking brutal loss mechanics made me care more about my guy's fridge inventory than his career.
While, sure, the are multiple endings, easter egss and quite a few quirky humor moments which are great. But in the end you dont feel like champion. Just an annoyed overworked manager at a failing gym.

With charming visuals and plethora of lovely moments its the purr-fect excuse to celebrate anything. Even your questionable life choices. Quite wholesome experience in a puzzle.

Anomaly Defenders flips the script by putting you in charge of the alien horde defending against pesky humans. Finally, some payback! The tower upgrades are satisfyingly deep, the enemy waves keep you on your toes, and the art style nails that eerie sci-fi vibe.

Downsides? The difficulty spikes like a caffeinated kangaroo, and the late-game can feel a bit grindy. But hey, at least the humans suffer more than you do.

If you love strategic chaos and turning invaders into space dust, this one’s a blast. Now excuse me while I go rebuild my defenses… again.

(Like if you also enjoy watching human ships explode in creative ways!)

Early Access Review
Oh, boy! Poorly made alternative on Steam! Just duels without a possibility for summary, review or any of the proper functionalities on the browser version. Cannot recommend this at this time and I'm not even going to mention the subscription.

This game turns surviving the undead into a thrilling roguelite adddiction. Every run is filled with chaos, scavenging, shooting and occasional screaming as horde corners me.
Satisfies the nostalgia from the Last Stand flash game series, even if the game does not seem to be finished and is unreasonably overpriced.

Best hole I have ever dug. Groundbreaking action! Deep emotional connection to shovels! Lastly a never felt acomplishment in your life!

If you've ever looked at the ground and thought to yourself, "I could improve that', this is the game for you. If you mind thoughtless digging for up to an hour, with minor optimisation/stuttering issues, for a reccomended purchase price under 2$.

Magic Archery turns you into an elven machine-gun, firing enchanted arrows so fast even Legolas would call it cheating, While I did break the space-time continuum with arrows and a bit of CH engine speed boost, the one hour average game did seem to be a satisfying semi-idle game.

It's like if Slay the Spire had a baby with Yahtzee. Only this kid sometimes forget its own rules mid-game.

What at the start felt like a fresh twist on roguelite deckbuilding genre, I quickly realized that it got stinky quite quickly. While core gameplay is satisfying, especially the rewarding of smart planning over pure luck is a pure chef's kiss, Everything besides that is quite shallow, as all in all it is just "stack attack dice and hope". Run variety is shallow even with different heroes and trinkets, enemy designs are repetitive, and lastly hard more is useless with impossible RNG.

While I recommend you to grab it for few bucks, as this 'fresh' concept with some bones on it would be worth worthwhile, it will barely keep you hooked for more than few runs, which simply is not worth the money.

A fun, yet forgettable magical shooting spree.

While I love the horde blasting thrill with Quake-like movement and satisfying arsenal of spells and enemies, the fun of this roguelite shooter starts to wear thin quite fast as you quickly notice repetitive level design, bland and shallow replayability elements and just general feeling of uninspired game design and lack of depth.

A downgrade disguised as progress. Thanks, Blizzard.
The game is like a getting a "new" car that's actually just your old one with fewer seats, broken mirrors and a paywall for the air-conditioning.
Battle.net's clunky infrastructure that constant server issues kicks you out and penalizes you every chance it gets, the matchmaking seemingly operates on a coin flip, with degrading balance issues and ever worse monetization policies.
