This is probably the most spiteful, hateful and vile game I have ever played in my life. It hates its source material greatly, but it hates the player for liking it even more. Even ignoring the sheer disrespect of 15 years of the Arkham games, Kill the Justice League is an insufferable waste of talent and potential.

This game is utter ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garbage. From the slimy RNG monetisation system in place of a functional system of game mechanics, to the utter incompetent balancing, both from patch to patch and every single time a new unit is dropped. Something new is broken and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for both survivors and raiders with every new update. You'll be hard-pressed finding something in this game that doesn't make you all the more spiteful towards it.
All of this and I play it anyway, because that's how Dragon Ball is.

I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love this game, I've been around far before and during its conception, and it's been a blast watching it form into a true and tangible vision.
Just like the hype itself, the game is pretty damn great. While it's mostly linear and meets expectations, it's still a fun time and I've been enjoying myself. I'm so very glad to be here and along for the ride.
Unfortunately, in the state this game is currently in, I can't recommend it for the life of me.
My experience up until now has felt like a cheated one, one where I am very rarely immersed and one where I very rarely feel like everything is functioning as intended. And it all boils down to that, this game is buggy as the living dead.

For the most part, bugs are not game-breaking, but certainly not immersive or enjoyable in any regard. That was all... fine. While I found myself unable to recommend the game due to its state at that point, it was only when I had finished the DJ Music Man fight for the first 5 TIMES, that I realised this game was not released in the state the developers wished for it to be in. It's at this point that my in-game objectives completely broke, no matter the save state, game-state or otherwise. I have spent $60 and 17 hours on this game and I am no longer able to progress until the next currently unannounced post-launch patch. This is unacceptable and I am so sorry for Steel Wool, who have poured their heart and soul into this game.

Until the game is TRULY finished as intended, with proper functionality, desirable optimization, graphical customization and more, please do not purchase it, unless you're extremely patient and can already spend the money. Thank you Steel Wool, and thank you Scott.

This game seriously pleasantly surprised me. Like many others before me have said, I came into this expecting a generic hentai game to laugh at with the boys. What I came out with was a nerve-wracking, interesting and enjoyable game with genuinely fun characters, story and mysteries. Cover your monitor and give this a go.
